Hours: 40 hours per week (Core hours 8:00am – 4:40pm)

A great opportunity has arisen for a 360 Plant Operator to join a specialist UK manufacturing business producing high-quality animal bedding products. This is a hands-on role working within a busy production and warehouse environment where you will operate heavy plant equipment and support the smooth running of factory operations.
You will be responsible for safely operating 360-degree loading equipment, forklifts, and telescopic loaders, as well as supporting production through the operation of bagging and drying machinery. This is a key role in ensuring product quality, operational efficiency, and maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
Main ResponsibilitiesSafely operate 360-degree loading equipment, forklifts, and telescopic loaders
Operate bagging and drying machinery within the production facility
Carry out basic fault finding and troubleshooting to support continuous production
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace safety
Ensure all products meet required quality standards
Support preventative maintenance tasks on factory equipment
Follow all company health & safety procedures and compliance requirements
Valid forklift licence
Previous experience operating plant machinery or working in a similar production environment
Own transport due to site location
Experience operating 360 plant equipment or telescopic loaders
Background in agricultural, industrial, or FMCG environments
Basic maintenance or mechanical troubleshooting skills
Competitive annual salary of £27,400
