Our client, a reputable commercial vehicle specialist in Lincoln, is seeking a skilled Commercial Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated team.

Duties of a Commercial Vehicle Technician:

• Conduct vehicle inspections and repairs to DVSA standards, including MOT preparation and presentation
• Diagnose faults using market-leading specialist diagnostic equipment
• Perform general mechanical and electrical repairs on various commercial vehicles
• Assist with offsite work, including breakdown attendance
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
• Keep accurate records of work carried out and parts used

Requirements of a Commercial Vehicle Technician:

• Level 3 vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent skill level
• Experience acting as a Commercial Vehicle Technician or HGV Technician
• MOT licence is desirable but not essential
• Ability to work to high standards with attention to detail
• Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Awareness of health and safety practices in the workplace
• Own set of tools
• Full UK driving licence
• Flexibility to work on rotational shifts, including Saturdays (paid overtime)
